Decided to start documenting this from day 1 (even thought it’s Day 3 already. I am slow ^^;)
<Picture Intensive Post!>
Arrived at Narita Airport around 7 in the morning where we got fingerprinted and have a mugshot taken as part of the immigration process before getting on board the train on the Keisei line that head towards Asakusa, where our hostel (K’s House) is.
We met a nice ojisan and his family who had just visited Thailand and managed to make some small talk. It’s interesting as during my first few times there, something like this has never happened before. Oh! His daughter is hot ^^;
Upon reaching Asakusa, we managed our way to K’s House (After getting lost for 15 minutes), dropped our luggage and paid the hostel fees before heading down to Akihabara (de facto place) to meet up with 0ne who’s in Tokyo for a short vacation.
^ One of the destinations for Otakus, besides Nakano Broadway, Otome Road etc
^ Gamers, Konata and Kodomo no Jikan.. I sense a loli fetish there
Once there, we met up several others, where we also visited Akihabara’s UDX where Tokyo Anime Center is.
A recording studio where the voices of 3D girls gets well… recorded and used for anime and ero-anime voices.
Life-sized dolls (manniquins). You have a 1:1 Rei there which double says he will grab it home once he figures a way to perform ninjistsu and gain teleportation ability.
Some free goodies for you to take home and give as souvenirs to your friends.
0ne and double caught in the act of trying to take upskirt pictures of a girl. when she tried to pick up something from the floor. Check out their expression!
Heading towards Ikebokuro via the Yamanote Line. The poster girl on the train is cute.
The EOS Kiss (Rebel XSi) advertisement in Japan.
Ikebokuro. Totally different from Akihabara. School girls hang out here so you might want to check it out if you’re into them ^^
This is apparently the Butler’s Cafe in Otome Road. We didn’t enter as it was rather crowded and had no interest in butlers.
There were lots of Sakura trees along Otome Road as well. And it’s my first time actually seeing it in person.
There is a mini-park of sorts just on the opposite of Lashinbang and the whole stretch of Otome Road. Certainly took our time admiring the trees.
Heading back to Akihabara to meet up with don777 to visit a maid cafe. Who is the girl on the wall.. she’s just too cute ^^;
But just outside the station, there was already a horde of guys and girls surrounding 4 western girls donned in meido costumes. Many started to snap away.
A little different from the usual maids in Akihabara. Weird isn’t it?
The famous Toranoana where I bought many ero-books for drawing references.
Cos-cha, a famous maid cafe which we visited. It’s located in the alleys of Akihabara so you do have to explore around in order to find it.
Secretly taken of course. The meido-chan’s skirt is real short!
Some food in a can for you. Has Yakitori, Oden varieties.
The famous Tenga. This one apparentely has unlimited usages.
0ne says that this building sells uniforms for S & Ms.
Which I believe so as well.
We then ended the day with visiting Egg Farm where we gathered with the other regulars of it. Great experience as I used a lot of Japanese for the first time. It was really fun trying to explain stuffs as well.
This article has been a rather photo intensive and long ^^; There will be more of these coming up as I cover the rest of the days. Do let me know if I can further improve it or if you have things you would like me to document (If possible). Now, I need to rush out to meet someone important… (It’s Day 3 remember?)
And here’s the picture of the meido-chan I promised to let you guys see ^^;
